Rebecca Homkes

Rebecca Homkes joined the WMS team in 2007. A Marshall Scholar, she has completed her PhD at the LSE in 2011, where her thesis focuses on evaluating global public-private partnerships.  Homkes also taught Political Economy at the MSc level at the LSE and conducted executive education for Enterprise LSE as well as independently.  She holds an MSc from the LSE, a BS in Finance, accounting and international studies alongside a BA in Political Science from Indiana University.  She previously served as a fellow at the White House’s President’s Council of Economic Advisors (CEA) and has spent time in management and strategy consulting for Bain & Co. in Chicago and public policy consulting in Melbourne, Australia.
